When you request our services, you are entering into a service agreement with A-1 Bill Gibson Septic Service. Each service engagement may be subject to additional terms, estimates, or written agreements that will be provided before work begins. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a specific service agreement, the terms of the specific agreement shall prevail.
Scheduling and Appointments
We strive to honor all scheduled appointments. However, scheduling is subject to availability, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes to your scheduled appointment as soon as possible.
You agree to provide accurate contact information so we may reach you regarding your service appointment. Failure to be present or provide access at the scheduled time may result in a service call fee.
Property Access and Site Conditions
By requesting our services, you grant A-1 Bill Gibson Septic Service and our authorized personnel permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon work. You represent that you have the legal authority to grant such access.
You are responsible for:

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, landscaping obstructions, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service.
Pricing and Payment
Service pricing will be provided through estimates or quotes before work begins. Estimates are based on information available at the time and may be adjusted if actual conditions differ from what was described or reasonably anticipated.
Payment terms will be specified on your invoice or service agreement. We accept various forms of payment as indicated at the time of service. Past-due accounts may be subject to late fees, collection costs, and suspension of future services.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our operational costs.
Warranties and Guarantees
Specific warranty terms for installations, repairs, and other services will be provided in writing at the time of service. Warranties apply only to the specific work performed and do not cover issues arising from misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or work performed by others.
